Job Description
Showroom Manager
- Answering phone calls 
- Ordering office supplies & samples 
- Running various errands for the studio 
- Invoicing 
- Coordinating deliveries 
- Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently by doing the following: - Making sure that all materials are correctly stored and are available when needed 
- Maintaining store security by monitoring entrance areas for unwanted guests & meeting with walk-in clients to discuss vendors in showroom. 
- Communicating with vendors regarding orders and deliveries 
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all orders are filled quickly and efficiently 
- Coordinating with designers to ensure that they meet client expectations
